1. IT Support Specialist


Job Description:
As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll assist clients with everyday tech problems like software issues, device setup, and basic troubleshooting. You'll work directly with users to ensure smooth technology use, guided by our senior team and training resources.

2. Network Administrator (Junior)


Job Description:
Our Junior Network Administrator helps monitor and maintain client network systems. You'll be trained to manage basic configurations, track performance, and respond to connectivity issues.

  • Monitor internet and server connections
     
  • Support basic Wi-Fi and LAN troubleshooting
     
  • Assist in setting up secure access points
