1. IT Support Specialist


Job Description:
As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll assist clients with everyday tech problems like software issues, device setup, and basic troubleshooting. You'll work directly with users to ensure smooth technology use, guided by our senior team and training resources.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer support tickets and calls to resolve common tech issues
     
  • Help set up and configure new devices or accounts
     
  • Provide step-by-step instructions to clients
     
  • Learn our tools and systems with on-the-job training
     

2. Network Administrator (Junior)


Job Description:
Our Junior Network Administrator helps monitor and maintain client network systems. You'll be trained to manage basic configurations, track performance, and respond to connectivity issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor internet and server connections
     
  • Support basic Wi-Fi and LAN troubleshooting
     
  • Assist in setting up secure access points
     
  • Follow guides and procedures provided by the team
     

3. Cybersecurity Analyst (Entry-Level)


Job Description:
Join our cybersecurity team to help monitor for threats and protect client systems. You’ll learn how to detect unusual activity, run scans, and support security protocols.

  • Run regular system security checks
     
  • Report suspicious activity

4. Systems Engineer (Junior Level)


Job Description:
As a Junior Systems Engineer, you’ll support the design and implementation of IT systems. This includes helping install hardware/software and ensuring basic performance standards.

Job Description:
In this role, you’ll support client relationships, ensuring they receive great service. You’ll help track issues, communicate solutions, and learn how we tailor tech solutions to fit business needs.
